Aircraft interiors, high volume & tooling
High volume production facility capable of producing 20,000+ aircraft interiors components per year. We have 5 axis trimming. automated kit cutting, autoclave curing and clean layup rooms on site.

Aerostructures
Our larger open plan facility superficially designed for producing large primary aerostructures and components, we currently producing 35m wingspan HAPS UAVs and wing sections up to 9m. Large cleanrooms, out of autoclave curing and assembly/bonding capabilites. We can also conduct mechanical and electrical fitout during the production process.

CNC Machine Shop
Our dedicated facility for CNC machining, we have 5 axis machining centres for producing epoxy master patterns and metallic tools and components. We also produce trim fixtures for rapid trimming of production composite components.
